    Friends of Swedish Railway Museum (Järnvägsmusei Vänner) was founded in 1985 in connection with Railway Museum Days. The association is intended for everyone who likes trains and railways, history, technology, the environment, and societal development. Friends of Swedish Railway Museum’s primary source of income is membership dues, and the association has contributed a number of different purchases for the Railway Museum over the years.
